Is Her Health Place available today?
Not yet. We're in pre-launch development on Phase 1 — the unified record, symptom tracking, video visits and the practitioner network. Joining the waitlist puts you in line for early access and shapes what gets built first.
Does this replace my doctor?
No. Her Health Place is not a medical provider and doesn't give medical advice. It's the layer that lets the providers you already have — and the ones you find through the network — work from the same information.
Is it covered by insurance?
The platform subscription is paid directly by members. Care delivered by practitioners you find through the network is billed by those practitioners under their own terms, which may include insurance.
What happens to my record if I cancel?
It remains yours. You'll be able to export your unified record, and revoking practitioner access does not delete the underlying history.
Do you sell health data?
No. Members pay for the platform precisely so that health data doesn't have to be the business model. See Privacy & Security for detail.
