Your health data already exists — it's just scattered across systems that don't talk to each other. Her Health Place gathers it into one history, and puts you in charge of who sees it.

Connect what already exists
Link the systems your care already lives in. Records sync from Epic / MyChart and Apple Health through secure health-data APIs built on the interoperability standards hospitals are now required to support — which means no printed records, no release forms faxed between offices, and no starting your history from scratch.
STEP 02
Aggregate into one history
Visit notes, labs, imaging, prescriptions and your own symptom logs are unified into a single longitudinal record. Instead of a folder of documents organized by whoever sent them, you get a timeline organized around you — where a lab result from two years ago sits next to the symptom you logged the week it was drawn.
STEP 03
Share by permission, never by default
You choose which practitioners see which parts of the record, and you can scope it: full history for your rheumatologist, symptom logs and labs for your nutritionist, therapy notes visible to nobody but you. Permissions are yours to change or revoke at any time, and nothing is shared because a system decided it should be.

Control
You hold the keys.
Sharing is the feature, so control over it is the product. Permissions are per-practitioner and per-category, visible in one place, and reversible.
- See exactly who currently has access, and to which parts of the record
- Scope access by category — labs, notes, symptom logs, video visits
- Revoke a practitioner's access without deleting the record itself
- Keep sensitive categories, like therapy notes, private to you by default
A note on what we don't do
Her Health Place doesn't sell health data, and doesn't make sharing decisions on your behalf. Practitioners see what you've given them and nothing else — and a practitioner can never comment on another practitioner's notes.
