Why this exists

It takes a woman an average of 4.6 years to get an accurate autoimmune diagnosis. American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA), national patient survey, 2017.

The gap

The problem isn't awareness. It's that nobody is holding the whole picture.

Care gets split across a primary care physician, two specialists, a therapist, a nutritionist, a trainer — none of whom see what the others see. So the woman in the middle becomes the medical record: carrying her own history from appointment to appointment, starting over each time, and hoping someone connects the dots.

“I'm not heard. No one understands.” remains the single most common complaint in women's healthcare. That is an infrastructure problem, and infrastructure can be built.

What a fragmented record costs

  • The same history retold at every new appointment
  • Symptoms described from memory, months after they happened
  • Duplicate labs and imaging because results never arrived
  • Patterns across body systems that no single provider ever sees

How it works

One record, pulled from everywhere care already happens.

Her Health Place connects to the systems that already hold your health data, unifies them into a single history, and then lets you decide — practitioner by practitioner — who sees what.

STEP 01

Connect

Sync existing records from Epic / MyChart and Apple Health through secure health-data APIs. No clipboards, no faxed release forms.

STEP 02

Aggregate

Records, labs, visit notes and your own symptom logs are unified into one longitudinal health history that reads as a timeline instead of a pile of PDFs.

STEP 03

Share

Every practitioner on your care team sees the full picture you've chosen to give them. You hold the permissions, and you can change them at any time.

The platform

Built for how women's health actually unfolds.

Not a portal you check once a year. A place you use between appointments, where the record gets richer every time you do.

Symptom tracking

Log symptoms around every appointment to build a biometric and physiological record over time — so patterns show up as data, not as something you have to remember.

Video appointments

Built-in video visits for training, exercise, nutrition and therapy, with the session attached to the same record as everything else.

Voice-recorded notes

Practitioners record notes by voice instead of typing through your appointment. Visibility is permissioned, never automatic.

Practitioner dashboard

A pre-, during- and post-appointment synopsis for every provider on the record, so the first ten minutes aren't spent catching up.

A trusted network

Verified, licensed practitioners — not an open marketplace.

Anyone can build a directory. The hard part is trust, so we started there: every practitioner is licensed and verified before they can join, and the network grows through the women already in it.

  • Every practitioner is licensed and verified before joining
  • A paid membership signals a vetted, trusted partner
  • Practitioners see the notes shared with them, and never comment on another practitioner's notes
  • Women can recommend practitioners they trust to each other inside the network
